Magheracloone G.A.A.

 

Lotto . The first Lotto draw for 2012 took place on Monday evening in the clubrooms. The numbers drawn were 11, 19, 22 and 28. The Jackpot was not won. The following four players collected fifty euro each in the Lucky Dip draw…James Ward, Enagh, Foncie Murray, Shercock, Michael Jones, Tonnaneave and C. McPhilips.

The next draw will be held on the 16^th January, 2012 in the clubrooms.

 

The chairman and executive would like wish all supporters and members a Happy New Year.

 

New Management Team.  As a result of a motion to the A.G.M., the club executive has appointed a three person team to manage the senior team for 2012. Following a selection process, Padraig Kelly, Francis Jones and Bernard Freeman were ratified at a recent executive meeting to lead team affairs for 2012.

 

 

Poker Classic. The annual Magheracloone G.F.C. fund-raising Poker Classic will be held this year on Sunday 12^th February. The venue is the Magheracloone Community Centre and the usual cash prizes are up for grabs on the night. The evening’s play commences at 6.00 p.m. and further information is available from the executive members.

 

 

Sympathy. The club wishes to extend its sympathy to the Kieran family, Drumgossatt on the death of Pat and to John Kirk, Drumconrath  on the death of his wife, Mary.

JobBridge Vacancies.  Monaghan County Board have three positions to fill under the new JobBridge Scheme. The Board are seeking a Games Development Administrative Assistant, a Coaching and Games Sports Therapy Practitioner and a Primary School Coach.
