Senior Championship
Clontibret 2-09 Donaghmoyne 0-13 It took the final fifteen minutes of dogged determination to turn this game around, but turn around it did wiping out a four point deficit for a valuable two point win, and just to confirm media reports of Donaghmoyne failing to convert two penalties were widely off the mark….. there was only one penalty in the match. With a three week break before the Inniskeen game there was time for a relaxing interlude on Saturday evening with refreshments excellently served up by Patsy, Bernie, Noel and Claire. Well done everybody.
