Intermediate League

We suffered a one-point defeat to Clones in the league last Friday evening – it was a game that we never really had control of albeit a tight affair and point for point most of the way. We led by a point at half-time but Clones hit a purple patch late in the match and despite three late scores we just couldn’t bridge the gap and went down by the minimum margin 0-14 to 0-13. This defeat now leaves us in the bottom four and a relegation play-off later in the year.

Our last league match is against Doohamlet this Saturday 8th July at 7.00pm
