Under 12: The Under 12’s gallant efforts came to an end when they were beaten 3-20 to 2-10 by a strong Inniskeen side in the semi-final last Saturday.  The boys made significant progress during the course of the season and have to be commended for their performances as our first ever under 12 team to play in Division 2.

On Saturday the team was:  Shane Leer, John Murphy, Cormac McKenna, Osíon O’Neill, Gareth Duffy, Eoin Markey, Matthew McKenna, Sean Markey, Hugh McGinn, Dermot Kelly and Daniel Connolly.  Subs:  Osíon Fee, Dara Ruddin, Cillian Walshe and Jack Treanor.

The season is far from over for our under 12’s.  It is planned to play our neighbours Cremartin for the Connolly Cup on sports day fixed for Sunday 11^th Sept.  It is also intended to organise a juvenile club tournament later in Sept.

Under 14’s: Play Clones at home this Saturday in a league match timed for 12 noon.

Under 16’s: Having long since qualified for the semi-finals the under 16 team play their final league match at home against Killeevan this Thursday at 6 o’clock.  On Thursday of next week they also face the same opponents in the first round of the Championship.
