U6, U8 & U10 had a great evening of Hurling at county blitz in Cloghan last Wednesday, with around 170 kids from 7 clubs, Clonitbret, Castleblayney, East Cavan Gaels, Derrynoose, Middletown, Mullaghbawn and Carrickmacross   taking part and all playing at the same time was great to see, while the DJ keep the sound of music flowing, the club would like to thank all the kids and Parents that travel also county coach Aidan Kelly who organized the blitzs,

U12, U14 & U16 had a good year getting to 5 finals and winning 4, U12 beating Truagh in Shield final, U14 took the double by beating Knockbridge in league after replay and Castleblayney in the championship, U16 had a win over Castleblayney in the championship but lost out by a point to Lisbellaw in the league, well done to all players and mangement teams

MINORS & SENIORS our minors lost to Monaghan in the replay of the league final and to the same team in the championship semi final, our seniors lost to Castleblayney in semi final of the development league, and to Truagh in the shield final, also got to league semi final with Castleblayney, hard luck but well done to all lads and mangement teams for getting to finals,

COMMUNITY GAMES 14 of our U11 players took home bronze all Ireland medals from Community games finals in Athlone, well done lads
