Ned Run

Save the date of Friday the 7th for the annual Ned run which takes place. It will start at 7.30pm sharp. Registration (€10) will take place on Thursday 6th August from 7pm-9pm and on Friday 7th from 5pm in the Complex or you can simply fill out a registration form and return to a committee member. Donations of cakes, bracks and tray bakes will be accepted on Thursday-Friday evening at the Complex.  See our social media channels for more info.

 

Ladies Ulster Final

Hard luck to Abbie McCarey and the Monaghan Ladies on Sunday when they went down to Donegal in the Ulster Final. They now play Cavan in the qualifiers on August 8th.

 

Co. Monaghan Credit Unions SFL

The seniors next league game is away to Inniskeen on August 5th.

 

Eurotech JFL

The Juniors continued their good championship form with a 3-11 to 1-11 victory over Killanny in Castleblayney on Sunday. They now play Aghabog in the Quarter Final on Saturday 15th August.

 

Platinum Tanks RFL

The Reserves will play Truagh in the final of the RFL Division 1. Time and Date TBC.

 

MFL Division 1

The minors were due to play Carrickmacross tonight in the league but Carrickmacross have conceded the points. Next game is on Tuesday 18th August at home to Clontibret.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U16 Division 1

The U16s bowed out to Inniskeen in the championship semi final 0-5 to 0-3 on Thursday evening. They play Carrickmacross this Thursday 30th at home with a 7.30pm throw in.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U14 Division 1

The boys lost to Carrickmacross on Saturday. They play Latton at home this Saturday at 1.15pm.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U14 Division 5

The boys lost to Carrickmacross on Saturday. They play Latton at home this Saturday at 12pm.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U12 Leagues

The Division 3 team had an excellent 1-15 to 2-5 victory over Tyholland in last league game. This now secures a semi final spot.

 

Minor Girls

The girls beat Latton 3-3 to 1-8 on Monday evening to make it 2 wins from 3. Their next fixture is away to Magheracloone on August 17th.

 

U16 Girls

Their next game is away to Carrickmacross on Friday August 14th at 7pm where a win would secure a semi final place.

Our Social Club is open for all events. Whether it is a Christening, Party, Communion, Confirmation or any other event we are happy to cater for your needs. Ciste

The July ciste took place on Saturday night. The June Ciste draw took place in the Social Club on Saturday night. The winners were as follows:
