Over the past few weeks the GAA Community & Health Department in Croke Park have been working on a promotional video which catches the essences of health and wellbeing within a GAA setting. This involves the Castleblayney Faughs GAA club in Monaghan, one of the participating clubs in the Healthy Club Project. In light of the new requirement for clubs to appoint a new Health and Wellbeing officer, which is in the remit of the new Health and Wellbeing sub committees – this 5 minute video captures how GAA clubs help keep people healthy and happy but also how GAA clubs can do more.
