Shalotto

There was no winner of the Shalotto held in the Social Club on the 14th September 2014. Numbers Drawn were 7-8-20-28. Lucky Dip Winners: Clodagh Lacey, Annyalla, Robert Keane, Lismagunshion, Aogán Smyth, Ballybay and Pat Casey, Corlealackagh (x2). This weekend’s Jackpot is €1,700 and our draw will take place in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday evening next. You may join the Annual Shalotto Scheme by contacting any member of the Club Committee.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

INTERMEDIATE CHAMPIONSHIP

We exited the Intermediate Championship last Saturday evening when we were defeated by Rockcorry by the narrowest of margins on a scoreline of Cremartin 0-13 Rockcorry 1-11. See Report elsewhere. We now concentrate our efforts on the League with an away game against Inniskeen this Saturday at 3.00 p.m. Please support.

Speedy Recovery: The Club would like to wish a speedy recovery to Ryan Carragher who was injured in last Saturday night’s championship game.

JUVENILES

U-16s Div 4 Championship Final

Congratulations to our U-16 Team and Management on a comprehensive win in the final last Saturday on a scoreline of Cremartin 8-17 Latton 6-12. The first half was a tight affair but we finished it well and we went in at half time seven points up. Latton scored 2-1 in the first two minutes of the second half to draw level before going three points up. Our U-16s showed great character after that and regained the lead and went on to win the game. The winning team and scorers were as follows: Jordan Carville, Caolan Gorman, Shane Mulligan, Cathal Kerr, Dean Mooney, Philip McGuigan, Nathan McWilliams (0-4), David Hanley (4-8), Caolan Carragher (0-2), Hugh Branigan (1-2), James Carville (2-1). Subs: Stephen McNally, Jack Carragher and Ryan Branigan. Congratulations and well done to the Management Team of Maurice Branigan, Ronan Burke, and Patrick McGuigan and to everyone involved. This team are back out in action this Saturday against Latton in the League Final. Please get behind them and give them your support!!

ZUMBA FUN NIGHT – THURSDAY 9TH OCTOBER 2014

Keep free Thursday 9th October for Zumba Fun Night in Cremartin Hall. Starting at 8 pm with refreshments afterwards and raffle. All welcome, bring a friend (or two or three) and
