Sean’s Notes

Adult Team news.  Following the draw for the next round of the Graphic Design Junior Championship we are pitted against neighbours Aghabog, this round of games are scheduled for week ending Sunday 21st July, venue has yet to be decided. Training for all members of our adult panels continues at the usual times.

Under 21 Final. The Division 3 Under 21 final takes place in Cremartin on Wednesday night 26thJune  at 8.oopm. Opponents Blackhill will be a very tough nut to crack and that task is not made any easier with the absence of a number of players from an already small squad, that said our lads wont lack motivation to reverse the result of their earlier league encounter and to lift the first silver of 2013 for the club in the process, we wish them success.

Juvenile Fundraiser.  Players’ members and supporter are asked to note a change of date to our planned 5/10 Km Walk & Fun Run. The Youth committee who are organising this fund raiser have pushed the date out by one week and the Walk/Run will now take place on Saturday 13th July. Leaving from the complex around local roads, it will be followed by a Barbeque and live music in the Social centre. We hope everyone will make the effort to participate, as well as encouraging and supporting our young juveniles when they come calling requesting sponsorship.

Under 8/10    Coaching for everyone in this age category continues on Wednesday evenings from 6.45 to 7.30pm and on Saturday mornings from 10.00 -11.00am.

Ceili Dancing. Ceili dancing classes continue in the complex this Sunday at the usual time of 6.30pm -7.30pm. Paula, Edel & Michelle look forward to seeing all their regulars there.
