Senior Football
The quality of football was poor but the result is what counts in the end and luckily we come out on the right end of a 1-9 to 2-4 score. See full match report in sports section.
u-14
Our u-14 team put in a great performance in the championship final last Tuesday evening unfortunately we finished up losing in what was a very sporting and competitive game. The game was played in very wet and slippy conditions with the first two quarters very low scoring, Half time score 1-5 to 1-3. The third quarter was the best period of the game with both teams kicking some great scores, Latton went into the final quarter losing by a point 4-5 to 2-10. Eire Óg proved too strong in the last quarter and pushed on to win by 6pts at the end Eire Óg 5-08 Latton 2-11.

We had a great morning’s football last Sat in Carrick, thank you to Carrick for a very well organised event.

Training continues on Friday evenings, we will be hosting a u-8 blitz in Latton this Sat morning starting at 10 o’clock.
