Fixtures: Crawley Cup RFC Sat 8th June Donaghmoyne V Seans (A) 7.00pm

Results: RFC Rockcorry 2 -8 Seans 2 – 9

Adult Team news.  On Friday night last our reserve squad survived a nail biting finish in their Crawley Cup first round tie with hosts Rockcorry; having led by seven points with ten minutes remaining it was relief when the final whistle sounded and our boys had progressed to the next round and a quarter final meeting with Donaghmoyne holding out for the narrowest of victories on a score line of Rockcorry 2 – 8 Seans 2 – 9. That quarter final meeting with Donaghmoyne takes place on Saturday at 7.00pm in Donaghmoyne. Our Graphic Design Junior Championship clash with Killanny is scheduled for Sunday 16th June at 2.30pm in Drumhowan. Training continues at the usual times and all members are asked to attend

Under 8/10    Coaching for everyone in this age category continues on Wednesday evenings from 6.45 to 7.30pm and on Saturday mornings from 10.00 -11.00am. .

Ceili Dancing. Ceili dancing classes continue in the complex this Sunday at the usual time of 6.30pm -7.30pm. Paula, Edel & Michelle look forward to seeing all their regulars there.

Cultural Night:  Our next Traditional Irish Music session which takes place on Friday 14th June, the 2nd Friday of the month. Everyone is welcome to this terrific night’s entertainment! Refreshments served. We look forward to seeing you all there.

Sympathy: We extend our sympathy to the Mc Phillips, Quigley, and Murphy, families on the death of Kathleen Quigley Cornasoo, go ndeana Dia trocaire ar a n-anam.      

 Totto. The numbers 6, 8,5,4,3,7,1,2 drawn on Monday night last for a jackpot prize of €8,700 were not correctly forecast. The lucky dip winners were Marion Eagan, Mark Mc Kenna Rosaleen Mc Elvaney Monaghan, Michael Thornton Ballagh, Jennifer & Katie Clerkin, Mickey & Margaret Mulligan Doohamlet, Mc Phillips Family Corcaghan, Martin Kieran Cabra, Maureen Rooney Roslea. Next week’s (Week 24) jackpot is €8,800.
