We are scheduled to take on O’Hanlons away on Friday at 8pm in Mullaghdun.

We are at home to Scotstown tomorrow evening, Friday at 7.45pm. Our next game following this is pencilled in for 25th June.

Minor

Clontibret 1-11, Cuchulainn Sarsfields 2-12. We disappointingly lost out by 4 points in Aughnamullen last Tuesday.

There is a break in the minor league for the exams. Good luck to all our players preparing for exams at the minute.

U16

We were well defeated by a strong Donaghmoyne outfit last Thursday. We had a poor first half and were trailing heavily at the break but a much more spirited and determined second half effort saw us close the gap.

We play Scotstown away this evening at 7.30pm followed by a home game against Carrick next Thursday evening at 7.30pm.

U14

We take on Corduff on Saturday at 12pm in Corduff.

U12 Final

We finished up on the losing side against a strong Donaghamoyne team in the Spring League final last Friday evening. The boys put in a super effort in all their games so far this year and have done themselves proud. Well done to the team and management.

U10

Training on Wednesday evening at 6.30pm.

Nursery & Girls

Training continues for nursery, u8 boys and u8 and u10 girls tomorrow evening, Friday from 6pm-7pm at the field.

Sympathy

The club extends its sympathy to the family of the late Macartan MacCormack, Corracloughan, who died recently. Mac played most of his football with ‘Blayney and Blackhill but transferred to Clontibret in the mid-fifties and won a senior football championship medal at corner forward in 1955. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Senior Hurling

We had a narrow defeat last Thursday night in the DHL against Truagh. Tonight (Thursday) we play Monaghan Harps in the semi final away at 7.45pm.
