Doohamlet GFC Notes

Seniors:  Doohamlet Seniors have a hectic couple of weeks coming up with important fixtures coming thick and fast.  Last night we were due to play Carrick.  On Wednesday of next week we play Ballybay at home and on Saturday week we play Clontibret away.  Check our website www.doohamletoneillsgfc.com for official fixtures and throwin times.

Reserves:  Our Reserves suffered a heavy defeat on Wednesday last against Ballybay but one highlight was the return of Gabie Casey for his first taste of football this season.

Well Done:  To Barry McGinn and Colin Walshe who represented our Club with distinction last weekend.  First up Barry McGinn made a second half appearance for our County Minors and helped them to a Minor League title success.  Then on Saturday evening Colin Walshe lined out for Monaghan Seniors in Croke Park and finished a very memorable day for our County with a National League title.  Well done to both players and their teams on a memorable day for Monaghan GAA.
