Club Gear

Get togged out for the new year. Contact Caroline McQuaid to purchase all club gear including hoodies, jackets, t-shirts, tracksuit bottoms etc.

Registration

Registration is now due and €20 must be paid to Tommy Greenan or any of the Registration Committee ASAP. It was decided at the AGM that every child playing for Clontibret is required to have at least one parent who is a paid-up member of the club.

Last Man Standing

The Club is running a fundraiser (€10 per forecast) called last man standing where pundits have to predict the outcome of rounds of games in the National Football League. Cards are available from any committee member or player.

Youth Officer Of The Year

Congratulations to Fergal Mone who won the Youth Officer Of The Year 2012. This is in recognition of Fergal’s hard work and dedication to the job and is highly deserved. Fergal will be presented with his award at the Monaghan GAA Presentation Night this weekend. Well done Fergal.

Committee Meeting

A short committee meeting will take place tomorrow evening, Friday at 8.30pm. Members of the hurling, camogie and ladies football committees are also asked to attend. Plans will be put in place for the celebration of Club Clontibret 100 which is being commemorated this year.

Clontibret Defibrillator Group

A training course will be held on Saturday 26^th January from 9am to 1.00pm. This training session is for new volunteers who wish to join the Defibrillator group and for existing members who need to renew their training. Places on the course must be booked in advance as spaces are limited. Please contact Irene on 087 2322420 or Kitty on 086 8099253 before Tuesday 22^nd of January.

Sympathy

The club extends its sympathy to the family and friends of the late Patsy McDermott who died recently. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
