Seniors – A good week for our senior team as they recorded back to back wins to move up to 2nd place in the league. On Wednesday night we made our first trip to Scotshouse in the senior ranks and recorded a 1-14 to 1-11 victory over Currin. Aided by an early Marty McElroy goal we lead by 4 at half time and were good value for a three point win. On Friday night we overcome Clontibret 3-11 to 0-14, the teams were evenly matched over the first 50 minutes but an inspirational point from Cormac Brady was the catalyst for a strong Blayney finish and goals from Marty McElroy and Ryan Treacy sealed the victory.

All Ireland Qtr Final – Best of luck to Monaghan Minors in their quest to win the All Ireland Qtr Final this weekend, a special word of mention to our representatives Fergal Malone and Barry Hanratty.
