Senior League

We have an away game against Carrick on Saturday at 6pm.

Next Wednesday we take on Ballybay at home at 7.45pm, and this will be followed by another away game against ‘Blayney on Friday, 27^th July at 7.45pm.

 

Reserve League

Clontibret 2-3, Scotstown 1-11. We were unable to keep with Scotstown last week and lost out on two points. Clontibret 2-8, Truagh 3-8. A disappointing performance in Truagh last weekend which puts our qualification prospects in some doubt. We played the Harps yesterday evening, Wednesday. Result next week.

 

U16 League

Clontibret 0-7, Carrick 0-11. We were unlucky to lose out to Carrick in a low scoring game last Thursday.

We play Toome this evening, Thursday in Clontibret at 7pm.

 

U14 League

Division 1: Clontibret 5-12, Truagh 2-21. We played out a draw with Truagh in this exciting, high-scoring game but were very unfortunate not to come away with victory with Truagh scoring two goals near the end. However the boys played fantastic and put up a great score. We have a rest from games for a while now with our next game not until Saturday, 11^th August when we have an away game against Donaghmoyne at 12pm.

 

Division 6: We were defeated by a strong Truagh side in Truagh last Saturday. Our next game will be away to Carrick on Saturday, 11^th August at 12pm.

 

U12

We play Eire Og at home this Saturday at 12pm.

 

U10

U10 training continues on Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm. All are welcome to come along.

 

Under 8s & Nursery

Under 8s and u6 nursery continues on Friday evenings at 6:30pm sharp. All boys and girls welcome.

 

Ulster Final

Good luck to Brian Greenan who represents us in the Ulster Final this Sunday as the minors take on Tyrone in their quest for Ulster honours. Best wishes to Conor Lavelle also who misses out on this big game due to an injury he sustained in a recent game.

Commiserations to our senior representatives who lost out to Laois at the weekend.

Clontibret 2-15 Carrickmacross 0-9

We had a comfortable win Thurs night in a must win game to qualify for the semi final of the Championship. Championship semi final tonight Thurs v Inniskeen @ 7.30pm in Aughnamullen. Players to be there for 6.50pm. Best of luck to the team tonight, who having played well to date have earned this chance and lets hope we can take it.
