Emyvale GAA Club Notes for Thursday 19th July:
Junior Football Championship: Last Friday night seen our senior lads book their place in the Junior Football Championship semi-final with a convincing 2-12 to 6 points win over Blackhill in Tyholland. The team showed that they are shaping up nicely in becoming strong contenders for the Junior title. The game itself was played in slippery conditions in Tyholland but Emyvale were in the driving seat for most of the 60 minutes. An excellent team performance especially some brilliant defensive work kept Blackhill at bay. Goals game from our captain James Bellew, 1 early in the first half and 1 late in the second half. Our forwards also were on form with some great scores from Danny McMahon and Ryan McAnespie. Well done to the team and management. U21s: Our U21s played Magheracloone in the semi-final last Tuesday night. Report to follow next week.

Tully GAA Summer Camp: Registration is now open for our summer camp which will run from Monday 13th to Friday 17th August from 9:30 to 2pm. it is open to boys and girls from 6yrs to 12 yrs. 1 child €25 2nd, child additional €20, 3rd child additional €15euro. Ulster GAA Minor Football Championship Final: The club would like to wish the Monaghan Minor team the best of luck in the Ulster Minor Final the coming Sunday in Clones, especially to our 3 lads that are on the team, Colin Hughes, David McAllister and Ryan McAnespie. Hopefully lads on Sunday evening you will be bringing a few medals home along with the cup.
Bingo: Continuing again on Thursday nights in the Emyvale leisure centre at 9.00pm. Jackpot € 5,600 on 45 calls or less and Mini Jackpot € 500 on 54 calls or less €1900 Guaranteed.
