CREMARTIN CLUB NOTES 12.07.12

Shalotto

There was no winner of the Shalotto held in the Social Club on Sunday 8th July. Numbers Drawn were: 2-4-12-25.  Lucky Dip Winners: Bernie McVicar, Croghan, Gabriel Mooney, Annyalla, Genevieve McEneaney, Cremartin, Enda Carville, Carrickaslane, Rose Lavelle, Drumgriston.  The Jackpot stands at €7,000 and this weekend’s draw will take place in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday evening next. You may join the Annual Shalotto Scheme by contacting any member of the Club Committee.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

Fixtures

Reserves: We are away to Ballybay this Saturday evening at 7.00 p.m. followed by a home game against Killevan on Wednesday 18th July at 7.45 p.m.

U-16s: We are away to Clones tonight 12th July at 7.00 p.m. followed by a home game against Aughnamullen on Thursday 19th July at 7.00 p.m.

U-14s:  We are away to Eire Og this Saturday at 12.00 noon.

 

IFC: Cremartin v Donaghmoyne

We got our championship campaign off to a winning start last Sunday in Corduff when we defeated Donaghmoyne on a scoreline of Cremartin 3-10 Donaghmoyne 2-8.  See match Report elsewhere in paper.  Team and scores: Damien Lavelle, Liam Atkinson, Niall Flanagan, Conor Mulligan, Jonathan McGuigan, Declan Farrell, Kevin Atkinson (0-1), Barry Carragher (0-3), Gary Boyd, Declan Mulligan (0-2), Patrick McGuigan (0-2), Shane Burke, Kevin Brennan, Darren Bishop (2-2) and Christopher Farrell (1-0).  Subs used: Martin McNally and Liam McVicar.

 

U-12s Sponsored by McEneaney Foods

Our U-12s played Doohamlet, Clones and Ballybay in the last couple of weeks winning all three games and showing very good commitment, high skill levels and a great willingness to work for one another under the watchful eyes of Macartan Carroll and Enda Corr.  Players  whom caught the eye were David McGuigan, Aidan Goodman and Jack Madden.  We played Cullaville last night.  Report to follow next week.  If anyone has a McEneaney Foods Jersey at home would you please give it to Michael McGuigan as there are six missing from the set.

 

PADDY MC VICAR MEMORIAL GOLF CLASSIC
