Over 100 children from Carrickmacross and surrounding areas took part in the Carrick Emmets 3 day Easter camp last week in Emmet Park.  The camp was another great success with all the children enjoying fun and games along with plenty of coaching in football, hurling and handball and despite the bad weather forecast there was no rain to spoil the fun.  The club would like to thank all the children who took part, all the coaches and Declan Finnegan who organised the camp.  Photos from camp are available on the Carrick Emmets facebook page.

SENIORS

Our Junior Bs had a good home win over Doohamlet on Friday week last.   We had an ideal start to the senior football league with an away win to Clontibret on Wednesday night last.  After leading for the entire match we finished winners with a scoreline of 13pts to 11pts.
