Universal Graphics Junior Championship: Good luck to our Senior men and management who travel to Blackhill to take on Oram on Sunday after a bye last week. This is the last of their Group games and with after winning our first 3 we are hoping to make it a clean sweep! The game has a 2pm throw in and we would love to see the great support for the team continuing!
Minors: Our Minor men began their Championship with a good win over Ballybay last week. Their next Championship game is at the end of September.
U15s: Our U15 boys welcome Emyvale to Tyholland on Saturday for Round 4 of their Championship! Throw in at 12noon.
U13’s: Our U13 lads had a super win over Clontibret last Saturday in Round 5 of the Division 2 Cup competition. This will bring them to the Championship final…well done to team and management!
Go Games: This week our U7s travel to Aghabog for their next round of Go Games! Have fun all.
U7’s/U5’s: Training continues for this group every Thursday 6:30pm – 7:30pm. This session caters for boys & girls from 4-9 years of age. Please contact Alan Farrelly 086 3850435 if you have a child who may be interested in attending.
Ladies
Senior Ladies: Our Senior Ladies got of to a great start of their Championship winning their home fixture against Killanny last Saturday. This Saturday they travel to Aughnamullen for a 6.30 throw in!
U18: Our Minor ladies are home tonight (Thursday) with a 6.45 throw in!
U16: The u16 ladies team reached the Division One quarter final but unfortunately lost out to Castleblayney. Absolutely outstanding to have one of our ladies team playing at this level of football so well done to all on a great year!
Gloria Corrigan Memorial Tournament: Our older U14 girls competed in the tournament in Emyvale last Saturday and reached the cup quarter final stage. Many thanks to Emyvale for having us and for the refreshments and well organised day for our cailiní.

Harvest Thanksgiving: Tyholland Church have cancelled this years Harvest Thanksgiving as the church will be undergoing renovations.
Condolences: We offer our sincere condolences to former manager Deeclan Loughman on the death of his mother and Seamus Meehan on the death of his father recently. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a namanacha.
Club Guardian Programme: Thank you to the families who have signed up so far for our Guardian programme. We will have a permanent display of all who have signed up when our new Gym is completed! We hope that where possible everybody will get behind the club on this next phase of development to continue the growth and success our club has seen in recent years. Tyholland Senior Gym: Our Gym is strictly for Senior registered players only. There have been a few incidents of non- members and U18s using the Gym and this is NOT permitted.
Tyholland Comple AGM: The Agm of Tyholland Community Complex is taking place on Thursday 14th September and all our members are welcome to attend. Membership of Tyholland GFC automatically gives you full membership to Tyholland Complex.
Field Development: You will all have seen the first of our generous sponsors signs along the newly developed pitch. Get in touch with any committee member to sign up!
Tyholland Bowling Club: Tyholland Bowling Club are starting back up from next Tuesday. New members are very welcome to come along and try it out. It is in the complex hall from 8pm every Tuesday. You can contact Patricia on 047 85098 for more information.
Community Centre: The community centre and bar are available for hire for parties,
christening’s, sporting and charity events. Contact the Facebook page to book your event or call 086 8222426 to check availability. The kitchen in the centre is currently being upgraded which will enhance the facilities further.
