Cremartin Healthy Club
Our walking track is open and ready for use at Cremartin Shamrock GAA Centre. This is a great facility for everyone to use so feel free to avail of the fantastic walking track. Everyone welcome!
Club Membership
Club membership for the upcoming year is now due. It is vital that this is paid to help cover insurance and player injury fund. Therefore, it is essential that all players must be paid up before training sessions begin.
Sponsorship
We are inviting all interested families who would like to become one of the Main Sponsors of the club for 2023. We now have over 40 families that have joined in the past few weeks. These monies will be going to phase 2 of our development and this is a great way of supporting all the teams and for the future development of our football grounds. CPR Course
Annyalla/Cremartin Community First responders will hold CPR/AED Training on Saturday 26th August in Cremartin GAA Hall at 10am. Contact 086 378 2949 to book a place.
Cremartin Seniors
Cremartin Seniors took on Emyvale in the Intermediate Football League Quarter Final last Tuesday. If Cremartin beat Emyvale, they go on to face Doohamlet in the Semi Final of the League on Saturday 29th July in Doohamlet at 5pm. Best of luck to all the players and management. The first round of the Intermediate Football Championship will see Cremartin take on Clones on the 13th August.
Reserves
Hard luck to the Cremartin Reserves who were narrowly beaten by Sean McDermotts Reserves in the tenth round of the Reserve Football League Division 2B last Tuesday. The match ended Cremartin Reserves 1-12, Sean McDermotts reserves 2-11.
Under 17’s
The match between Cremartin U17’s and Latton O’Rahilly GAA Club in the U17 Football League Division 3A Round 1 was postponed due to an unplayable pitch last Sunday. They now take on Aghabog Emmets in the U17 Football League Division 3A Round 2 on Sunday 30th July in Aghabog at 12pm. They will also take on Sean McDermotts in Round 3 on Thursday 3rd August in Pairc Sheain Mhic Dhiarmada at 7.30pm. Best of luck lads!
Under 15’s
Well done to the Cremartin U15’s who had a great win against Emerald Sarsfields in the U15 Football League last Thursday. They will now take on Emyvale in the U15 football League Division 3 Cup Semi on Thursday 27th July in St Oliver Plunkett Park Emyvale at 7.30pm. If Cremartin beat Emyvale they will face St Kevin’s in the Final on Tuesday 1st August at 7.30pm. Best of luck to all involved!
Under 13’s
Cremartin U-13’s will take on Currin in the U13 Cup Competition Division 3 Group A Round 2 on Saturday 5th August in Cremartin Shamrock Park at 12pm. Best of luck lads!
Community Games
Well done to our Cremartin representatives on the Community Games Team, Finn Flanagan, Tom Sheridan, Alfie Lines, Frankie McNally & Michael Morgan, who are now Ulster Champions after winning their final! Well done boys on this fantastic achievement!

Monaghan Sports Partnership launch HER Outdoors Week 2023
After the huge success of HER Outdoors Week in 2021 and 2022, it’s back again this August, with lots of different activities and programmes happening across the country. Her Outdoors Week aims to encourage females of all ages to get active in the outdoors, and this year will see Monaghan Sports Partnership launch our biggest ever outdoor activity programme. The activities will include programmes which will run across the full 5 weeks, with also one-off activities happening to celebrate Her Outdoors Week 2023. Activities include Golf, Tennis, Volleyball, Walking, Lawn Bowls, Orienteering, Kayaking, Canoeing, Cycling and many more.

Run to Remember Gary Askin
The sixth annual Run To Remember Gary Askin will take place on Friday 4th August at 7.00pm sharp. The 5km walk/run will start and finish at Emyvale GAA Grounds, via Emy Lake, with light refreshments served afterwards. The event is free to enter with all donations going towards three very worthy charities. This year the chosen charities are Errigal Truagh Special Needs Children’s Camp, Monaghan
Cardiac First Responders Group & The Irish Kidney Association. You can donate on the day or online via the Run To Remember Gary Askin Facebook Page. All runners, joggers, walkers, family & friends are very welcome. Referees
It is vitally important that we have referees to ensure our fixtures go ahead in 2023. We are appealing to anyone interested in taking up this role to please contact our club secretary Charlene as we need more people to take up this challenge. Training and support will be provided by Monaghan County Board so why not give it a go!
