Intermediate League

We made the short trip to play neighbours Carrickmacross in Emmet Park last Saturday evening and despite being 3 points down at half-time we managed to haul our way back into the game and with the aid of a Cillian McGahon goal late in the 2nd half, emerged victors by a single point. Final score Carrick 0-10, Killanny 1-08. This was certainly an important victory and leaves us mid-table with an away fixture against Monaghan Harps next up on Sunday 28th May.
