Blackhill Emeralds Club Notes 13.04.2023

GAAgglebox:

Our GAAgglebox event is on May 6th in the Glencarn at 8pm to raise funds for the development of our club grounds. Tickets are currently on sale from the committee and online at www.events54.com/blackhill

Thank you to McMahon’s SuperValu Castleblayney, Oil4U Killycard, Duffy’s Pork & Bacon and the Agnail Group who are on board as main event sponsors.

The teams namely, The Courtney Sisters. TAT, Broomfield Bachelors, Drumhowan M&M’s, Latton Lads, Ciara & Liam Cooke, The Hygiene Boys, Fair City Ladies, It’s the Drink Talking, The Tyrone Boy’s & Boyzone the Players can be viewed and supported at www.events54.com/blackhill

The competition is tight with 23 days to go until the Main Event on May 6th.

The club sincerely thank everyone who has contributed in any way and we would love to see you all at this upcoming event for what is sure to be a very memorable night!  All proceeds from ticket sales, donations, sponsoring and voting will go to club development that will provide essential community improvements! Juveniles:

Our nursery for U-5’s & U7’s coaching continues this Saturday 10-11am. All are welcome.

U-9’s Saturday 10-11am

U-11’s & U-13’s Tuesday 6.30-7.30pm All coaching has now returned to Blackhill.

Junior Football League:

The Junior Football League throws in this Saturday for season 2023. Best of luck to our players and management.

Bereavement:

Blackhill GAA offer our sincere sympathy to the Coyle & McGrath families following the recent passing of Peter Coyle (RIP) Lisalong, Latton. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a-nAnamachta dhílis.

We also extend our condolences to the family and friends of the late Pat Shevlin, Cornalough. Go ndeana Dia grasta ar a anam dílis.
