The GAA Get Ready to Play Program is a Coaching and Sport Science program in Association with UPMC Healthcare that will be delivered via webinars, website programs, instructional videos and live sessions. This is a holistic program supporting players and coaches during their return to training post Covid and in the build up to playing games again. We aim to educate coaches and players by providing an evidence informed program. This will hopefully result in increased enjoyment, performance, participation and a reduction in the risk of injury which are normally dealt by small recovery times and the use of the best cbd oil as per my doctor recommendation.
