PLATINUM TANKS RESERVE FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP CRAWLEY CUP FINAL.
Inniskeen Grattans 3-14, Carrickmacross Emmets 3-10.
A stronger, more versatile. Inniskeen clinched the Crawley Cup title at the expense of Carrickmacross, but they had a real battle on their hands in the second-half in Corduff as a resurgent Emmets fought back from a six points half-time deficit to make for a somewhat nervous finish but when the game was in the balance Inniskeen popped over two late points to push the issue out of their reach.
Carrickmacross got off to a flying start with two early goals, but by half time Inniskeen had turned it around to lead by six points, 3-9 to 3-3 and they still held a six points advantage going into the final quarter. Carrickmacross rallied though for three quick fire points to leave three in it with five minutes left but that late rally saw Inniskeen over the line.
