Young people affected by suicide are best supported by existing networks, their family, peers, teachers, youth workers and GAA coaches, to mention a few.
Let them talk  and ventilate their feelings and emotions, eg ‘sadness’ ‘sense of loss’ ‘shock’ ‘anger’ and many more.
