Monaghan GAA will hold the first of three workshops TONIGHT in Castleblayney College.
Workshop 1: Transition from Ground to Air.
Date/Time: Tuesday, 26th March, 7.30pm – 9.30pm
Venue: Castleblayney College.
Delivered by: Ryan Gaffney (Ulster Hurling Regional Development Officer).
Target Group: Targeting club coaches from U8 to U14. This workshop will focus on developing the skills required to transfer the sliotar from ground to air.
A further 2 workshops will be held in the next 2 weeks and they are as follows:
Workshop 2: Hurling Coach Development Workshop with County Senior Hurling Team.
Date/Time: Friday 5th of April 2019, Time TBC.
Venue: Cloghan.
Delivered by: Martin Fogarty.
Target Group: All Coaches. A great opportunity for club coaches to watch Martin plan & deliver a coaching session to our Senior County Hurlers.
Workshop 3: Getting The Basic’s Right.
Date/Time: Saturday 6th of April, Time 11am – 1pm.
Venue: Cloghan.
Delivered by: Martin Fogarty.
Target Group: Children & Youth coaches. This workshop will include different ideas to develop hurling skills for children and youth coaches.
All Workshops are Free of Charge!!
