Scór Season !!!

 Scór season is upon us again. Scór the promotion of our traditional past-times which is  unique to our Gaelic Games offers clubs a continued chance to meet up, and represent there club throughout the winter months while there are a break in all Gaelic Games. Coiste Scór are currently contacting all Clubs in the County re assistance for Scór so expect a call from them shortly.

Scór na bPáistí 2018 (for Primary School children) will be held in Clontibret on Saturday October 20th at 3pm. Competitions in Rince Foirne, Rince Seit, Solo Singing, Ballad Singing,  Recitation, Group Music, Drama and Quiz.

 The competition is divided into two age levels, Scór na nÓg for people under 17 years and Scór Sinsir for those over 17 years of age and we in Monaghan are very lucky to have such a successful Scór na bPáistí which will kick off the Scór season in Monaghan.

 Please email entries to irishculturalofficer.monaghan@gaa.ie  Please state name of competitor, title of song/recitation etc and name of GAA/LGFA club.
