Following its huge success the Annual Monaghan GAA Perpetual Golf Classic in association with McAree Engineering will once take place at Rossmore Golf Club on Saturday 19th May 2018.

Teams of four will compete for the unique trophy which has been designed and manufactured by the classic’s sponsor Mr. Brendan McAree of McAree Engineering. Players will also play for a chance to win exclusive prizes including four golf buggies, four golf watches, four golf bags and four pairs of golf shoes. There will also be prizes for nearest the pin and the longest drive on the day of the event.

Entry fee for a team of four players is €250 and sponsorship of a Tee or Green is available at €100. There will be full media coverage of the event. All sponsors will receive publicity on the day of the Classic followed further coverage in media outlets in the weeks following.

After the day of golfing, a fantastic night of entertainment in Rossmore Clubhouse is guaranteed as Monaghan GAA are hosting. Everyone is welcomed to this event.

In addition to the fantastic prizes, there will also be a three-course meal served in the clubhouse throughout the day with refreshments also being provided for players at the 9th hole.

McAree Engineering.

McAree Engineering Based in Ballinode, Co Monaghan, provides and outsources sheet metal fabrication service to equipment manufacturers across Ireland. They also design and manufacture their range of V-Mac Silo’s for Animal Feed which are sold in Ireland and the UK. McAree Engineering are specialists in designing and manufacturing industrial ventilation Ducting and have a dedicated manufacturing factory for this in Carrickroe, North Monaghan. They currently employ over 90 staff. In 2018 there is a €5 million expansion taking place which will allow for 30 extra over the next 2 years.
