This Thursday 4th January Monaghan GAA Coaching & Games are hosting two workshops which are suitable for coaches and managers operating between U16 and Senior level.
The first workshop whict starts @ 7:30pm will focus on the role of the manager, and will be delivered by Seamus ‘Banty’ McEneaney. This workshop will look at the key values of a manager, the importance of a good backroom team and how to get the best out of your players. This workshop is a theory-based session and will be delivered indoors.
Following on from this workshop, we then have Kieran Donnelly (Current Scotstown Senior Manager) delivering a practical on-field session which will focus on developing fitness, skill levels, decision making and game understanding through small-sided games. This workshop is due to start at 8:30pm
