• Celtic Pure sign new deal with Monaghan Football to become a Tier Two Sponsor
• Celtic Pure’s second major sponsorship deal following an extension of the successful official
water sponsor partnership in 2017

Celtic Pure, the Irish natural spring water company, have announced a new Tier
Two sponsorship of the Monaghan senior football team. The new Monaghan jersey design, featuring
the Celtic Pure logo is being launched ahead of its first outing in the Allianz League Division 1 game
Monaghan V Mayo on 28th January in St Tiernach’s Park, Co. Monaghan.
With hydration being a key pillar of sports performance, this role sees Celtic Pure lend extended
support to the Monaghan set-up and is a step up from their previous status as official water partner.
They will continue to ensure the provision of water for training and match days throughout the year
for the team.

The sponsorship, which was unveiled at the Monaghan GAA training grounds in Cloghan, continues
Celtic Pure’s long-standing support of Irish sport which includes an existing national sponsorship with
the FAI

Rory Beggan, Monaghan Senior Football  Goalkeeper, spoke of the new sponsorship and what it will
bring to Monaghan this season; “We are training hard this season and with  the increasing intensity we
are bringing to the field, the lads are mindful of recovery with hydration a major part of that. Celtic
Pure is a great fit to have as a top tier Monaghan GAA partner and we welcome them as part of our
extended team.”

Malachy O’Rourke Monaghan Manager, spoke about the partnership ahead of the 2018 season for
Monaghan; “It’s great to have a partner like Celtic Pure step up their partnership with us this season.
Hydration is a key part of sports performance and we are delighted to be partnering with a local homegrown
water company like Celtic Pure.”

Padraig McEneaney Celtic Pure CEO, explained why involvement in sport is important to his business;
