Clontibret

Credit Unions SFL Clontibret 0-12 Magheracloone 2-16

A disappointing performance in Magheracloone, on Wednesday last, where the absence of many vital players cost us the two points. The next game, also a star game is scheduled for 8th July against Ballybay

In RFL Div1 when we have Latton at home on Wednesday with Scotstown scheduled for Sunday 2nd July.In RFL Div 3 we had Killevan as visitors on Sunday and had a decisive win.

Despite the best efforts of Conor, Vinny and Dessie we ended up on the wrong side of a closely fought Ulster semi final in Armagh on Saturday last and must now go the qualifier route.

Feile;

A great Feile weekend with good football and lifelong friendships made as the North London folk with players, parents and management from  St Clarets, Tara, Parnell’s, St Kiernan’s, Tir Chonnail Gaels and North London Shamrocks made Clontibret their own for three days and nights. The North London squad who  had some lovely footballers on board played exciting precision football but were beaten at quarter final level of the Cup. Our boys advanced  to the final.

Many thanks to all our Club people….parents, social committee, club executive, members, and all our kids who made Feile such a wonderful experience for us all. London had nothing but good words to say which says a lot for us a club. We’re so proud of our boys making it all the way to the final which was a fantastic achievement for their first time taking part in this event. We should all be proud of ourselves on how we all came together and created such great memories. Many thanks.

Hurling

Thursday 29th June we have a home championship tie with Truagh. The U12’s have avisit from East Cavan Gaels on 26th June.
