Lotto:  There was no winner of last week’s Jackpot Prize of €7600.  The numbers drawn were 15, 22 25 and 27.  There was 1 Match 3 Winner – Eithne Treanor..  Sellers’ Prizes: Weekly – Frank Treanor, Yearly – Eilish Treanor.  Next week’s Jackpot Prize €7700.   The lotto draw takes place at 10.30pm sharp every Sunday Night, any lottos received after the draw takes place will be deferred until the following week’s draw.  Lotto can now be done online – go to truagh.club to see details

Fixtures
RFC O’Duffy Cup Final:  Gaeil Triucha v Scotstown this Sun 25th June at 4pm in Emyvale
RFL Div 1:  Gaeil Triucha v Scotstown Wed 28th June at 8pm in St. Mellans
U-16 Hurling League: Monaghan Harps v Gaeil Triucha Mon 26th June at 7.30pm in Monaghan.
Best of luck to our ‘B’ Squad who take on old rivals Scotstown in the O’ Duffy Cup Final this Sunday.

Juveniles
U6’s & u8’s. Training continues this week as usual, don’t forget to register for Cul a Camp before the 23 June.
U10’s. Played a blitz in Doohamlet on Saturday last, great turn out and brilliant football played on the day, well done boys.
U12’s. Participated in the Aghaloo blitz last Saturday in Aughnacloy, made it to the final but were defeated by the narrowest of margins, one point! A great days football and maximum effort made by all who took part, so well done on getting so far.  There was a challenge match in St Mellans for those not in Aghaloo, we hosted Eire Og and had a good win. Div 6 lads had a league game on Tuesday night against Emyvale so a busy week! Training as per messages.
U14’s Continue to prepare for Feile this weekend, looking forward to welcoming team from Westmeath and a good weekend of football and fun.

Cul Camps
To ensure that there are kits for children by the time camp finishes, participants are encouraged  to book their places on or before the 23rd June. As an incentive to do so, all children booked into camp on or before 23rd June will be entered into a draw for one of three prizes.  Check website for details –  truagh.club

Feile
Feile weekend has finally arrived.  Coralstown/ Kinnegad U-14 Boys and Galtee Rovers U-14 Girls will arrive on this Fri 23rd June at 1.30pm to St. Mellans.  We will then be providing lunch for the visiting teams and their mentors.  At 4pm the U -14 Boys competition will commence with 4 fixtures in St. Mellans.

Coralstown/ Kinnegad ( Westmeath) v Emyvale at 4pm
Gaeil Triucha v Emyvale at 5pm
Coralstown/ Kinnegad v Emyvale at 5pm
Our U-14 Girls will be in action on Fri 23rd in Scotstown.

Gaeil Triucha v New York in Scotstown at 7pm
Both our visiting teams will then assemble in St. Mellans where the players will meet their host families between 6.30pm and 7pm.
On Sat 24th June there are two fixtures in St. Mellans in the morning.
Gaeil Triucha Girls v Galtee Rovers in St. Mellans at 10am
Gaeil Triucha Boys v Coralstown/Kinnegad in St. Mellans at 11am.

Results of the games will depend on where each of our teams are playing in the afternoon.  There will be other games in St. Mellans in the afternoon check website for details – truagh.club.

On the evening of Sat 24th when our host teams and our own teams have completed their fixtures there will be entertainment in our function room in St. Mellans.  At 7pm there will be live coverage of Monaghan v Down on a big screen.  At 8.30pm there will be a cultural event involving local children and those from our visiting teams, 9pm there will be a Presentation to our visiting teams, followed by music from John Loughran and his band.  We would like to encourage and invite everyone to attend these events over the weekend and any members who would like to help out over the weekend please contact Mickey Corrigan 0862516596.

In the early 90’s a star studded U-14 Squad from Gaeil Triucha reached the All-Ireland Semi-Final of Feile in Kerry.  For photos and information of this epic adventure please check website truagh.club.  There may be even some rare footage on view over this weekend in the bar.

Congratulations to Fr McQuaid who celebrated the 50th Anniversary of his Ordination with a thanksgiving Mass in St. Mellans last Sunday.  A huge crowd attended the event and many thanks to all who were involved in the preparation of this enjoyable evening.
