Inniskeen will be hosting Rathvilly, Carlow at the John West Féile Peile na nÓg  and will be competing in Division 4

The village of Rathvilly is situated on the banks of the River Slaney in north County Carlow, close to the Wicklow border.  The Club was founded in 1888 and won it’s first adult title a Junior Football Championship in 1916.  Playing in Senior ranks since 1979 the first Senior County Football title was won in 1983.  In 1983 the  Club Executive recognised the need for structured development of our young players and formed the Juvenile section.   Since it’s formation the underage section has gone from strength to strength and today boys and girls teams are fielded from U8 to U18.  In recent years the Club’s participation in the Féile has been very successful, with the U14 girls  successful in the Division 4 of the 2014 Fiele winning the Cup.  In 2015 they hosted Ennistymon of Clare in the South East Féile and were runners up in the Division 4 shield.  In 2016 the boys went one better and won the Division 4 Shield beating Buttevant of Cork.
