U-12’s
Lost out to Castleblaney on Saturday last in Clones. The lads played some excellent football and no doubt with some better fortune they would have won the game. These lads are improving with every match and we have no doubt that their first win is not far away. Next up for the lads is the visit of Magheracloone to Clones on Tuesday next the 20th of June.
U-14’s – Feile Weekend 23rd to the 25th of June.
Here is the plan for the upcoming Feile. It is an amazing honour for our Club to be hosting and taking part in this prestigious event and we will need plenty of help from our club members. The fixtures are outlined below in what promises to be a Fantastic weekend.

This will be a busy evening with the arrival of our visiting club Desertmartin of Derry and also four games being played in Division 2 of the boys competition in Clones from 5 O’clock. These are:

17:45 Ballyhaise V Desertmartin
18:30 Desertmartin V Baile Nora

Saturday the 24th of June:
Again another busy day starting with a game in Clones at 11am between Clones and our visitors Desertmartin.

Everyone will then make the trip to Cloghan/Cremartin where the Quarter Finals of Division 2 take place at 2 and 3pm.With the Monaghan game on in Armagh on the Saturday evening it will not be possible for the lads to go to this game. Instead the club plan to hold an event in the Creighton Hotel for our guests Desertmartin, our own teams and volunteers who helped out throughout the weekend. We hope to conclude this with the Monaghan game being shown on the big screen. We will put up more info on this as soon as we have it.
Sunday the 25th of June
Clones will play host to a feast of Football when the Semi Finals and Finals will be played in Clones from 11 am. We will be sending out results through Facebook and Twitter and also advising of Fixtures as they are made throughout the course of the weekend. We will need as many volunteers as possible for stewarding, officiating and much more. If you are available to help please let any member of our executive know. Please like and Share to spread the word.
Junior B’s
Played Eire Og on Wednesday evening. Please see next weeks notes for Report.
Junior League
Played Sean McDermotts in Clones. In a game that was very keenly fought by both sides throughout we eventually lost out by 2 points on a scoreline of 0-15 to 1-10. Next up is the visit of Eire Og on Wednesday the 21st of June.
Well Done
To James, Fintan and the Monaghan Senior Panel as they booked their place in the Ulster Semi Final against Down on the 24th of June by overcoming Cavan last weekend. The game was played in difficult conditions and there was great relief at the final whistle as they progressed to the 6th Ulster Semi-Final in a row.
