Eurotech JFL  Drumhowan 2-11 Currin 2-16- After Round 4  of the 2017 Eurotech JFL  Drumhowan still have to secure their first win. Last Sunday the 30th of  April Drumhowan made a good start at home to Currin and after 14 minutes of the first half were 1-4 to 0-2 ahead – the goal coming from a well taken penalty by Mark Mc Cabe. However they then took their foot of the pedal and didn’t score for the remainder of the half with  Currin kicking an unanswered 7 point to go into the lead with the half time score Drumhowan 1-4 Currin 0-9.

Drumhowan opened the 2nd half well with two frees scored by Mark Mc Cabe to level the score. However Currin then scored 1-3 without reply before frees from Mark McCabe and Ciaran Duffy left 4 in  it.  Scores were exchanged but with only a few minutes left Currin still were 5 ahead before an Owen Quinn goal left only 2 in it going into injury time. However there wasn’t to be an fairytale ending with Currin getting a goal with the last kick of the game to leave the full time score Drumhowan 2-11 Currin 2-16
