Our Cultural Committee are presenting the hilarious GAA Comedy play ‘St. Mungo’s Luganulk’, the ‘tru-ish’ story of the worst Gaelic Football Team who somehow managed to reach the All-Ireland Final, on Sat 22nd April. This play is performed by Conor Grimes (aka Datsun Donaghy) and Alan McKee. This play has been performed to full houses throughout Ulster and this is it’s first performance in a club in Co. Monaghan. Truagh Ladies 5k Easter Fun Run: The commitee would like to thank all who supported our fun rub in St Mellans on sunday last. Congratulations to our winner Liam Mc Kenna from Glaslough Harriers who completed the run in a fantastic time of 19.10sec 2nd home was Oran Mc Gee 3rd was Gary Askin. 1st woman across the line was our very own Rachel Mc Kenna and 1st Juvenile Girl home was Emma Geary also from Glaslough Harriers well done to all our winners.
Feile 2017
Truagh Ladies are hosting the Tipperary tram for this year’s Feile in June. Any help with organising this football filled weekend for our u14 girls would be greatly appreciated contact any ladies commitee member.

Training every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.45 to 8. U14 recorded their second win of the season after a hard fought game in Carrick on Monday last our next u1 game is on Monday at home to Scotstown.

Unfortunatly these ladies lost their opening D.1 League game v Latton on Friday night last with a score line of 3.10-0.04 to Latton. Hopefully performances and results will improve for these hardworking bunch of ladies as the season goes on.
