Results

Results ,this week, were mixed with high and low scoring contests. Our minors played out an enthralling match away to Doohamlet . Scoring 5-17, they managed a four point win. At home, the U16’s went down to a very strong Clontibret team. In the Reserve Championship, our lads secured a three point win against Monaghan Harps to progress to the next round. Finally our U14’s left it late to capture the win away to Kileaven. A goal in the dying seconds was enough to seal victory by two points. Well done to all teams.

Go Games

Last Saturday morning was the first outing for our U8’s and U10’s in the Go Games series. We were the host club and Rockcorry, Emyvale and Tyholland were the visitors. The club was a hive of activity from 10am. A big thanks to all the club members who assisted on the day. To the Mammies and Daddies that cheered on the youngsters, it was great to see them. And finally to the competitors without which there would be no games, we congratulate them on their participation. Its all about fun and enjoyment and hopefully this was accomplished.
