RESULTS
Senior
The senior team kicked off their league campaign with the narrowest of losses to Donaghmoyne on Saturday evening. It was a tight game from start to finish and Magheracloone can take alot of positives from this game. Final score: Magheracloone 1-13 V Donaghmoyne 1-12.
MINOR
The minor team travelled to Inniskeen in the second round of the Division 1 League. Unfortunately for them, they met a more determined Inniskeen side. Final Score Magheracloone 1-10 V Inniskeen 3-14.
U16’S
Hard luck to our U16 team who were defeated by a stronger Latton side.
U14’S
Well done to our U14 team who got off the mark with a comprehensive win over Castleblayney last Saturday. Final Score: Magheracloone 10-19 V Castleblayney 0-7
U6/8/10’S
Well done to all our players and coaches who traveled to Bailieborough on Saturday morning. Thank you to Bailieborough GFC for hosting us, a great time was had by all.

Monthly meeting this evening (Tuesday the 11th) in the club rooms at 9pm. All members welcome.
COACH INFORMATION EVENING
There is a coach information evening in the centre on Friday the 14th from 8:30 to 9:30. The club development plan is on the agenda. All coaches are asked to attend.
LADIES NOTES
SENIORS
Our senior ladies were out last Sunday in the Spring League. They took on Emyvale in Kingscourt in what proved to be a tight game throughout and ended in a win for Magheracloone. Final Score: Magheracloone 0-14 Emyvale 0- 5. Our scorers were: Team: Karla Lambe (0-1), Sinead Busby (0-3), Linzi Mullen (0-1), Grace Kieran (0-1), Karla Martin (0-1), Leanne Maguire (0-7).
U14’S
Our U14’s played Killeevan at home on Monday last in what looked like two evenly matched teams in the first half but Killeeven came out on top when the final whistle blew. Scorers: Hayley Clarke (0-2), Abbie Carolan (0-3), Shauna White (0-1), Caitlin McCahey (0-1) and Sinead Freeman (1-1).
Couch to 5K
The time has arrived for our annual Couch to 5K Fun Run. The couch to 5K group have all their hard work done and are now looking forward to Saturday morning. Registration starts at 9:30am in the community centre and the 5K starts at 11am, leaving from the football field. Entry fee is €10, family rates available. Loads of treats await you at the finish line so come along on Saturday the 15th of April and let’s make this one the best yet.
