Club Lotto:
This week’s Club Lotto draw was held in MC’s Bar, Shercock on Monday night last. There was no winner of our Jackpot of €9,000. The numbers drawn were: 01, 12, 17 & 19. The five €20 Lucky Dip winners were Ryan Connolly, Harry Holland, Laura Marron, Megan Hanratty & Gerard Connolly.
Next week’s draw will take place in Deery’s Bar, Carrickmacross at 9pm on Sunday night, where the Jackpot will be €9,100.
Intermediate Team:
The first week of the season left a mixed bag with one win, one draw & one defeat for the Intermediate Team. The week began with a draw away to Doohamlet, before a comprehensive home win over Toome in midweek, on a scoreline of 4-15 to 1-07. On Saturday evening, Carrickmacross were the visitors and victors in the end on a scoreline of 3-07 to 0-12.
The next outing is on Saturday 29th April away to Cremartin with throw-in at 7pm.
Minor Team:
The Minor side defeated Killanny on Tuesday evening on a scoreline of 3-10 to 3-08. The next game is against Carrickmacross, at a date and time to be confirmed. Keep an eye on Social Media for confirmation.
The Friends of Carrickmacross Cancer Society Football Match:
This Saturday (22nd April) evening at 5:00pm, a football match featuring former players from our neighbouring clubs Corduff, Carrickmacross, Magheracloone, Killanny, Inniskeen, and Donaghmoyne will take place in Corduff. Please give your support.

Seniors:
The cobwebs were dusted off the 2017 Division 1 season for Corduff last Friday night when they welcomed Magheracloone to Corduff.
With Magheracloone dominating the opening exchanges in the first quarter, Corduff eventually opened their account in the 13th minute. Despite Corduff adding to their tally, Magheracloone went in with a 7 point advantage at the interval on a scoreline of 0-6 to 1-10.
Corduff regrouped at halftime and put in a big second half performance, making a comeback especially in the last quarter making for a very energetic and exciting finish with the game ending in a draw. Huge congratulations to team and management on this comeback.
The team was as follows: Claire Connolly, Ciara McEnaney, Sinead Loughlin, Niamh Callan; Hannah Finegan, Naomi Cogan, Dearbhla Callan; Kate Brennan, Emma Byrne, Sinead McEneaney, Laura McEnaney, Eva Woods, Elena McEnaney, Barbara Ward and Colleen Callan. Subs were Louise Byrne, Eibhlin Clinton and Sadhbh Cassidy with Louise Byrne used.
Next fixture for the seniors is away to Donaghmoyne this Sunday at 3pm.
U16’s:
The Under 16’s were away to Tyholland last Monday. Report to follow.
Membership:
Reminder that registration is now due and if you’re not registered you’re not insured. Training fees are also due. Both can be paid to Registrar Joan Farrelly or to any committee member.
Juveniles
Under 6, 8, 10:
Training as usual on Saturday from 10.00 to 11.15.
Under 12:
Our U12s turned in a great performance last Saturday when they beat Aughnamullen in their second Spring League game. Corduff came away with the points on a score of Aughnamullen (0-8 ) v (0-18) Corduff. Their final game in the group stage, away to Latton, will be played on Tuesday April 25th. Well done boys and girls!
