On the field

Our Senior reserves are still awaiting the first win of 2017 as their 2nd outing seen them going down to Monaghan Harps 3-13 to 1-04. It was better news for the U12’s who overcame Eire Og. This Saturday will see the U14’s welcome Ballybay to Pairc Mhuire at 2pm

National league

Well done to Monaghan who got back to winning ways in the National football league with a comfortable win over Roscommon in Pairc Gratten Inniskeen on Sunday, next up is an away trip to Ballyshannon on Sunday to take on Donegal. It was not such good a news for the ladies as they went down to Cork in the league and will now travel to Donegal on Sunday, knowing they need a positive result to avoid relegation. The Monaghan hurlers will also return this Sunday when they welcome Tyrone to Inniskeen on Sunday at 3pm. Best of Luck to all teams.
