Emyvale GAA Club Notes for Thursday 2nd of March

Coaching Workshops
Will be delivered in the county over the next few months with the assistance from Ulster Council coaching staff. These workshops are indoor & free of charge and workshops are as follows;
Wed 15th Mar 2017 – Performance analysis – 7:30-9pm
Coaching Courses
There are some upcoming Foundation and Level One Courses which will take place within the county from now until the end of March 2017, if anyone is interested in enrolling for one of these courses or getting involved with a team for next year please contact Martin O’Brien 0876721981 or Brendan Mc Nally 0862734635 for further information. There are two foundation level coaching courses running on separate dates 24th & 25th February (Monaghan GAA Training grounds) & 10th & 11th March (Monaghan GAA Training Grounds). For anyone who has already completed the foundation level coaching there will be one Level 1 coaching courses on 24th & 25th March (Child).
Juvenile Club Nursery Programme
The Juvenile Club Nursery Programme is running this Saturday 18th February between 9:30am to 10:30am in the Emyvale Leisure Centre. This programme is open to all children attending Junior Infants to 1st class and parents will be encouraged to take part. €1 charge for the hall. The program will run until Saturday 25th March.
U-8’s & U-10’s -Training will take place every Saturday and runs until Saturday 25th March between 10:30am to 11:30am in the Emyvale Leisure Centre. €1 charge for the hall.
U-12’s – Training will take place every Monday and runs until Monday 27th March between 7-8pm in the Emyvale Leisure Centre. €1 charge for the hall.
U-8’s – Indoor Football League in Phoenix Centre, Carrickmacross on Saturday 11th & 25th March, between 12pm – 4pm.
U-10’s – The first of the GAA indoor Football League took place in Colaiste Oireall, Monaghan on Saturday 25th February. A good turn out from our U10s on the day, showing a great display of skill and determination. The next League will take place this Saturday 4th March time to be confirmed.
U-14’s – Training continues every Monday & Wednesday in Tully from 7pm sharp to 8pm. Best of luck to all the boys who attended the U14 county Development squad training.
Registration
Anyone who has not already registered for 2017 can do so by contacting Aine Sheehan. Aine will attend the Nursery Programme in the Leisure Centre next Saturday morning from 9:30 am. Registration is €20 for a child, Family membership is available at €60 & Adult membership is €25, please ring Aine for details 085 1400186.

Monaghan Allianz National League 2017
Round 3 off there Div 1 Allianz National League was a successful trip to Killarney to take on Kerry with the lads taking all 2 points back up the road. Round 4 is a shorter trip on Saturday evening at 7pm but very much as difficult as Tyrone had last weekend off due to the weather. There is a great Buy Early and Save Campaign which is Buy Before Match Day and Save 20%.
Club Players Association
The Club Players Association officially launched in Ballyboden, St Enda’s, Dublin on Monday 9th January. The CPA intends to be the voice of the club player, to protect their well-being by delivering an unchangeable meaningful fixtures programme within a shorter season for every club player. All club members (Footballers, Coaches, Administrators, and Supporters) are welcome to register for free on the official website www.gaaclubplayers.com
