Coaching Courses
There are some upcoming Foundation and Level One Courses which will take place within the county from now until the end of March 2017, if anyone is interested in enrolling for one of these courses or getting involved with a team for next year please contact Martin O’Brien 0876721981.
Coaching workshops will be delivered in the county over the next few months with the assistance from Ulster Council coaching staff. These workshops are indoor & free of charge and workshops are as follows;
Wed 1st Feb 2017 – Monaghan County Training Grounds Cloghan – Kicking for scores – 7:30-9pm
Wed 22nd Feb 2017 – Kicking for possession – 7:30-9pm
Wed 15th Mar 2017 – Performance analysis – 7:30-9pm

Marathon Match
A big thank you from Greg Devlin to everyone who donated and supported him in the recent Marathon Match World Record Attempt which so far has raised a staggering £60,000.
Club Players Association
The Club Players Association officially launched in Ballyboden, St Enda’s, Dublin on Monday 9th January. The CPA intends to be the voice of the club player, to protect their well-being by delivering an unchangeable meaningful fixtures programme within a shorter season for every club player. All club members (Footballers, Coaches, Administrators, and Supporters) are welcome to register for free on the official website www.gaaclubplayers.com
Well Done
Well done to David Mc Allister on his Monaghan Senior debut in the win against Fermanagh in the Mc Kenna Cup and also Karl Mc Quaid who played in the win against Antrim.
