County Awards Night
Ciaran Murray will be receiving the Hall of Fame award at the annual county awards night which takes place this coming Friday night. After a stellar career for club and county this award is no more than he deserves. James Mealiff will also be presented with his U-21 Ulster Championship medal. Hopefully both men have a great night.
Dinner Dance
Our own dinner dance will be held this year on the 18th of February in the Creighton Hotel. Tickets will be on sale shortly. The victorious McKeown Cup winners and the U-16 team will be presented with their medals as well as the player of the year awards. As always a great night is promised so be sure to attend.
Senior Team
Had their first meeting of the year on Saturday night. Please watch social media for when training starts. Also the draw for the Junior Football Championship was made on Monday with Clones pitted against close rivals Killevan. Date and venue TBC.
Condolences
The club would like to offer its condolences to Patsy Hughes and the extended Hughes family on the death of Patsys mother Margaret. May she rest in peace.
The club was also very saddened to hear of the passing of Paddy Boylan last week. Paddy had helped with the shops on match days for a number of years and will be sorely missed. May he rest in Peace.
