-Sunday November 13th we are hosting a 5k in conjunction with Castleblayney Cancer society registration @ 10pm run/walk/jog @ 11pm, this will be a non-chipped run but clocked, special guest appearance from Garda Ceejay Mc Ardle
Mary Woods will be hosting a ‘basic life support’ course on Sat Nov 12th in Iontas from 10.00am to 12.30or 2.00pm-4.30pm this course is free but must be pre-booked with Denise on 049-4376401 there is also de-fib training as part of this course
