Monster Prize Draw
All sellers are now in full swing and its like a military operation combing the roads for willing punters. If our band of volunteers would happen to call at your door, please take time to consider a purchase. The top prize of €10000 would be a welcome gift and if you’re not in you can’t win.
Minor Final
Our minor team fell short last week in the League final against Latton. They lost by the minimum score of one point. A thoroughly entertaining game with both teams giving full commitment. Unfortunately lady luck did not appear for the Seans on the night and victory was Lattons. A rematch in the championship final is on the cards for Sunday evening in Aghabog.
Senior Team
Another Junior League game and Toome was the opposition at home. While the game was nip and tuck with scores the visitors were dogged in their approach and it proved to be our undoing. Toome finished on top by two points. This was another blip in the hunt for promotion but hopefully we can steady the ship again and push on.
U8 /U10
Our U8’s and U10’s travelled to Gavan Duffy for their latest Go Game blitz on Saturday last. Well done to all the players and mentors for taking part.
Bingo
Our large jackpot was won on Monday night by Pauline Mc Cluskey from Monaghan. She collects €13300 in prize money and well done from all the Bingo patrons and committee
Current jackpots are now €5000 and €8900 on 45 calls. Prizes and jackpots still cannot be beaten anywhere.
Totto. The number sequence 7,2,6,4,3,8,5,1, on Monday 30th Aug for a jackpot prize of €11,000 were not correctly forecast.
