Having to play with 14 men for most of the game we put in a second half performance that would win most games but Tyholland had the damage done in the first half and got out of Killanny with full points. Next game is away to Rockcorry on Sunday next.
UNDER 16:
It was a weekend of mixed fortunes for the lads in the League campaign. They had a convincing win over Cremartin on Thursday last with a scoreline of 9-18 to 9-5 respectively. Both sides traded goals at each end with Kian Duffy(3-2) & Ciaran Guinan(2-5) finshing as our top scorers . Having done enough to secure victory and keep their hopes of a semi final place against Latton alive, they had to wait until Sunday for the outcome of the final match between Emyvale & Sean Mc Dermotts. Unfortunately, the result didn’t go our way and this ended our league campaign. A big thanks to the coaches Sean McDonald,Damien Gartlan & Ronan Duffy for all their dedication and hard work during the season and to all the supporters which came to the matches.
Under 12 Final
We play Currin in the final of the under 12 Shield competition at 11oclock in Blackhill on Saturday . Plenty of support would be appreciated.
