Latton GAA Club Club Notes – Week Beginning 1st August 2016
Lotto Results-Due to the Bank Holiday our Lotto has been held over to Tuesday –Results nest week.

U12’s
We play at home on Saturday 6th August v Toome at 12.00pm.
U14’S
Our Division 1 Team had a good away win last Saturday on a score of Latton 5-08 – Emyvale 2-05.Our division 5 team put up a good performance against the same opposition on Saturday also but were defeated on the day.

U16 Football Championship
A very strong performance from our U16’s on Thursday 28th July seen them emerge vistors in the Semi Final of Division 2 Championship on a scoreline of Latton 6-18 –Sean Mc Dermott’s 1-04.They have a home fixture This evening Thursday 4TH August v Clontibret at 7.30pm.
Senior League
We play away in the League v Monaghan Harps on Friday 5th August at 7.30pm .
FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP-Latton play Scotstown in the Senior Football Championship on Sunday 14th August in St.Marys Park,Castleblayney at 6.30pm,with the loosers playing Magheracloone in Round 2A on Sunday 21st. August..
Minors
Our Minors reached the Championship final as their Semi Final fixed for Tuesday 26th was conceded by the opposition.
U21’s
Latton put up a strong performance in the Semi Final on Wednesday 27th July against Emyvale in the Semi Final to be victorious on a scoreline of Latton 1-15- Emyvale 1-12. They played Truagh in the Final last Friday. However after a strong second half performance on the day they were defeated by a strong Truagh Side. Well done to this group of players with many faces returning to Football as part of this squad.
