HURL WITH ME
Sunday morning sees parents taking part in “hurl with me” in line with Ulster coach Clare Dowdall and Gerard Gribben and all says it is great fun, well done to all, blitz will soon follow and remember “keep hurling”
U12
Our lads had no game on Monday 18th as Clontibret could not travel, last Monday we travel to Monaghan for the last round of the league, with some on holidays, the lads give all they could, hard luck lads, yous never give up
U16
These lads travel to Naomh Moninne on Monday 18th and even they score well, just was not enough, next game is Monday 1st August at home to Lisbellow at 7-30, good luck to all,
MINORS
Our Minors were away to East Cavan Gael yesterday Wednesday in the Ulster league, more on this next week,
SENIORS
At full time of our championship semi final with Inniskeen last Thursday the score board tells one story but the game itself tells another, the lads give everything in the first half and any thing that came, did not come easy as both sides give and took as hard as each other and fighting for every ball in the air or on the ground, second half start with Inniskeen getting some very quick points with our lads battling away to the end, all in all the game was a good hard one, with a few on holidays and a couple young players stepping up, well lads yous give it all, hard luck to everyone
