Lotto: Results for w/e 28th May 2016: Jackpot €4,000. No winner. Numbers Drawn: 10,14,19,25. Lucky dip winners; Annette Hamill, Rita McGonnell, Paschal Smith, John Conaty. Standing order forms for the weekly slotto are still available. Jackpot next week is €4,100.

Monaghan Electrical IFL: Well done to Senior team and management who left Rockcorry with another 2 points on the table. Despite missing 3 of our main players and a score for score first half which left us on the wrong end of a 1-5 / 0-5 scoreboard we managed to come away with a 2-09 to 1-10 victory. A fantastic goal from newcomer Jason McGuirk who made his first appearance with the senior squad and another from Shane Treanor helped us maintain our 2nd position in the IFL. Platinum Tanks Reserves: Sunday 12th June is the next fixture for our Reserves in their Division 2 league campaign. This is an away game against Drumhowan and throw in will be at 3pm.

Gerrys Prepared Veg U16: The U16 match against Scotstown last Thursday did not go ahead and Tyholland were awarded the points.

Gerrys Prepared Veg U14: The lads were out for the first round of their Championship against Sean McDermots last Tuesday. Results next week and are available on facebook and twitter. They play Killeevan at home this Saturday at 12pm for their next league game.

U12: The U12s were narrowly defeated by Emyvale last Saturday scoring 4-7 to Emyvales 4-9. They next have a home game against Donaghmoyne on Saturday 11th June. Training continues Tuesdays at 6.30.

Juveniles:

U10s: Training for U10s continues Wednesdays 6.30 – 7.30 and Saturday’s 11-12.

U8: Training Thursdays 6.30 – 7.30 and Saturdays 11-12.

U6s: Training Saturday morning 10-10.45.

Ladies: Training continues for the Junior League. Well done to all the girls who competed in the Abbie Fanning Memorial Shield on Saturday.

Senior, U16 and U14 training Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30.

U12s: First match for the U12 girls will take place on 18th June. All players must be registered or they will not be allowed to play! Training on Wednesdays at 7.30.

Ádh Mór: We wish Karl O’Connell the Monaghan Senior team and management every success on Sunday in the Ulster Senior Championship match against Down.

Comhgairdeas: Well done to Padraig Finnan and the Monaghan Minor team who defeated Down last Sunday in the Ulster Minor Championship Quarter Final.

BIG BREAKFAST MORNING: Don’t forget that we will be holding our Big Breakfast morning this Sunday so you can get your bellies filled before heading off to the Ulster Championship match in Clones. We will be swinging the pan for 9am!

Good Luck: Tyholland GFC would like to wish good luck to all our members who will be sitting the Junior and Leaving Certificate exams. Keep cool and give it your best and may you achieve all that you have worked for!

We have a target of 2000 tokens to get by 5th July so tell all your family and friends and get shopping in Flemings!!

Scoil Phadraig: Garron Primary School will be celebrating their 50th on Saturday 7th September. They plan on having a celebration for the past and present school community. If you have any photos from Fedoo, Lappin or Garron National Schools please email copies to garron.ias@eircom.net or visit the school office before 17th June.
